I’m a client-focused Account Manager with experience across luxury hospitality and the fragrance industry, building high-value customer experiences in Dubai. I bring a relationship-first approach, combining account strategy with day-to-day service excellence to keep clients confident and growing.
In my current role as Account Manager (Creative Channel Fragrances), I’m accountable for the account strategy, action plan, and development program. I develop deep understanding of customers’ business and growth objectives, manage and build relationships with key decision makers, and create a strategic long-term pipeline.
Before this, I supported high-profile guest journeys as Guest Relations Supervisor at The Palm Dubai Beach Resort and as a Guest Experience Expert in the pre-opening team at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. I handled guest complaints and requests with a high satisfaction resolution rate, collaborated across housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage to deliver prompt personalized service, and led a guest feedback program that boosted positive reviews and satisfaction scores.
