What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment that values empathy, KPI delivery, growth opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.

I am a customer service professional with experience across automotive service advising, health insurance chronic care support, retail pharmaceutical sales, and online TEFL instruction. I focus on empathy, clear communication, and meeting KPIs to strengthen client–company relationships.
