Before Telekom, I spent nearly seven years at Cargus providing prompt, efficient, sales-oriented customer service and supporting customer satisfaction and revenue targets. I built practical phone and email communication skills through direct customer interaction.

I've also worked as an AI Data Annotator for RWS Holdings, labeling, classifying, and annotating image, text, video, and audio data for artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

My background includes a Law degree and legal-department internship experience at VRANCART, where I drafted legal documents and reviewed commercial contracts. I'm passionate about technology, software and hardware products, internet research, and lifelong learning.
