What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design learner-centric corporate training, digital learning, and blended learning solutions that improve performance and business outcomes.

At RND Softech, I lead complete RCM training for 1,000+ employees through instructor-led and virtual programs. I’ve designed 10+ AI-integrated learning modules and 50+ LMS-based videos, SOPs, and digital resources supporting self-paced learning.

I design assessments, identify knowledge gaps, facilitate induction and onboarding, and work with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business and operational goals.

Previously, I delivered employability, communication, interview, and career-readiness programs at PSG Institute of Management, KG Group of Institutions, and NPR Group of Institutions. I’ve coached 150+ learners individually, trained 200+ students for Cambridge Linguaskill assessments, and conducted 50+ career-readiness workshops.

I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in English Literature and bring a strong foundation in communication, voice and accent training, soft skills, curriculum design, and learner-centred instructional experiences.
