What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable, learner-centric digital learning programs where I can connect training strategy, engaging content, LMS delivery, and learning analytics to measurable business outcomes.

At Hexaware Technologies BPS, I execute Training Needs Analysis and build blended onboarding, sales, behavioral, soft-skills, and compliance programs that have trained 1,000+ employees. I also create interactive e-learning with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia, and Elai.io.

Previously at DAC Developers and PVR INOX, I developed learning calendars, administered LMS platforms, revamped new-hire orientation, authored e-learning, and maintained rigorous QA standards. My work spans regional induction, product rollouts, service excellence, and process-efficiency training.

I use ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagné’s Nine Events, and Kirkpatrick evaluation to connect learning with business outcomes. I build Power BI and Looker Studio dashboards to track learner progress, satisfaction, behaviour change, and learning impact.
