I've designed interactive eLearning experiences for workplace communication and cybersecurity awareness, using scenario-based learning, microlearning, and behavior-change objectives.

My project, Say It Better: Navigating Difficult Workplace Conversations, uses Articulate Rise 360 and AI-powered branching simulations to help employees practice missed deadlines, feedback, and disagreements. It includes knowledge checks and a final graded assessment.

At GMR Varalakshmi Foundation, I trained students across 13 vocational courses in spoken English, workplace communication, and soft skills. I designed and delivered a 36-hour curriculum with mock interviews, role-plays, job-specific practice, and personalized feedback aligned to learning objectives.

I apply ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Adult Learning Theory, Action Mapping, and Mayer's Multimedia Principles to create practical, self-directed learning. My research internship at DRDO also strengthened my analytical, documentation, and structured reporting skills.
