What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability-building programs where I can partner with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver scalable, high-impact learning solutions.

I've designed and delivered large-scale learning solutions for NIIT, Cisco, IBM Global Business Services, Deloitte, and Accenture, supporting technical, leadership, and business audiences across the US, UK, and APAC.

At NIIT, I managed 4–6 concurrent enterprise projects with a 98% on-time delivery rate and coordinated LMS/LCMS learning deployments achieving 95%+ first-time-right quality. I also supported EU funding and tender opportunity assessments, compliant proposal development, and standardized knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks.

Across IBM, Aptara, Infonative, and Apposite Learning Solutions, I've led instructional design teams, built SAP training assets, shaped global curriculum rollouts, and turned complex material into engaging courses, simulations, videos, and visual frameworks.
