At Contact Center Partner, I assist travel agents and resort members with RCI vacation exchanges, unit bookings, and date changes.

I explain deposit rules, trading options, and processing fees, and resolve reservation errors and account questions directly. When callers are upset, I work patiently to de-escalate the conversation.

I use Zendesk to keep clear call notes for team reference. In my previous role at Local Travel & Ticket Agency, I answered questions about travel schedules, prices, and booking confirmations, and helped customers modify or cancel reservations.

I’m looking for a full-time remote role supporting international callers and travel clients. I’m available for evening, night, or weekend shifts across US and European time zones.
