What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Project Management, Change Management or Implementation role where I can combine operational knowledge with project delivery, stakeholder leadership, change implementation and continuous improvement.

I’ve led high-volume McDonald’s operations and national UK Head Office projects, combining hands-on restaurant knowledge with structured delivery. At Enterfries, I delivered 16% sales growth, improved Drive Thru service time from 178 to 109 seconds, and reduced food cost from 3.45% to 1.71%.

During my McDonald’s UK Head Office secondment, I led Food Sequencing from trial to rollout and supported national Drive Thru, delivery, digital and training initiatives. I build stakeholder buy-in across IT, Franchisees and restaurant teams, and I’m PRINCE2 Foundation qualified while studying towards Practitioner.
