What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values communication, writing and offers growth opportunities.

Hi! I'm Rebeca, a Brazilian based in Portugal, passionate about communication, storytelling, and helping people. I bring diverse experience in online community management, customer support, and content creation, always focused on building meaningful connections.

I recently worked fully remotely in customer support for an Irish mortgage company, where I managed accounts, processed payments, and resolved issues entirely in English, a language I taught myself through writing, music, and curiosity.

For over five years, I served as a Roleplay Community Moderator for a 12k member community, where I fostered a respectful and engaging environment, mediated conflicts, and helped members develop stories and characters. I also work as a freelance writer, producing articles, creative texts, reviews, and social media content, often blending writing with my own graphic design.

Beyond that, I'm currently working on my first book, a personal project very close to my heart.

I am proficient in English (C2 level) and skilled in tools like Canva and Photopea, with a natural ability to adapt, communicate, and create with both purpose and passion.
