At Tendium, I handle employee lifecycle transactions and support employees and managers with HR queries, payroll information, and leave and policy guidance. I set up and managed EOR employment through Remote for hires in Norway, Finland, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
I’m also project manager for Tendium’s move from Hailey HR to HiBob, covering requirements, the job catalogue, org structure, and integrations. I own recruitment end to end in Teamtailor and handled employee data in line with GDPR.
Before Tendium, I worked across talent acquisition roles at Scania, Newground Alliance, Etteplan, and Implement Consulting Group, building on 12+ years in talent acquisition. At Implement Consulting Group, I designed manager training that increased system adoption by 82%; at Etteplan, I led the Swedish rollout of Jobylon and built a dashboard to track pipeline health and timelines.
