At VERITAZ AB, I manage day-to-day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle in an international IT consulting environment. My work spans employee support, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance with Swedish labour law and collective agreements.

I manage talent attraction and recruitment across the Swedish IT market, from sourcing and candidate assessment to building talent pipelines with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools. I also support inclusive recruitment, performance management, and employee experience initiatives.

I built a People Operations and HR Analytics dashboard on a project called People Operations & HR Analytics Dashboard, using fictional data to show headcount, hiring, exits, and the recruitment pipeline. I also created a demo AI HR Assistant and HR technology modules, and I’m developing my expertise in People Analytics, Power BI, and AI for HR.
