What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic HRBP/People role in a fast-paced tech company where I can lead talent strategy, change programs, and coach leaders to drive growth.

I am a Senior HR Business Partner with broad experience in global technology companies, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver HR development and transformation projects. I work across Engineering, Product, Data and Finance in remote-first and hybrid environments.

I have led strategic initiatives including compensation benchmarking, career-track design, performance management, ATS implementations (Workday, Personio) and merger-related change programs, while coaching managers and C-level stakeholders.
