At Scania, I lead a 33-person People & HR Technology organisation supporting the global People & Culture function. I own a portfolio of 35 HR systems and more than 80 downstream applications that support over 23,000 employees.
Previously at Scania, I defined a global sourcing strategy and standardised recruitment processes. I also implemented HR technology integrations, including LinkedIn Enterprise and digital contract signing.
At Voi Technology, I was Global Head of HR & Talent Acquisition, partnering with executives on workforce planning and organisational growth. I led a 20-person HR team and the implementation of Teamtailor and Workday.
Across consulting and transformation roles, I advised organisations on workforce strategy and operating models, and introduced People Analytics and workforce planning at H&M Group. Earlier, I built Sweden’s IT Contracting business at Hays Sverige, recruiting 198 consultants in its first year.
