Learning Experience Designer crafting compliant, data-driven training that keeps learners engaged.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning Experience Designer focused on building training that’s grounded in data, with results tied to business needs. I blend instructional design methods like Kirkpatrick’s evaluation, Bloom’s taxonomy, and ADDIE to create learning that truly supports mission and compliance.
Across government and federal programs, I develop and deliver e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, user manuals, and interactive simulations. I collaborate with subject matter experts and compliance officers to ensure materials meet regulatory standards, and I use needs assessments and gap analyses to continuously improve content for different learner levels.
I lead initiatives to enhance training effectiveness through innovative learning strategies such as gamification, microlearning, and scenario-based training, while mentoring junior instructional developers. I’m especially energized by keeping students engaged—then translating evaluation results and training metrics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
