I am an HR professional with 9+ years of experience focused on Learning & Development, employee relations, HR policy development, leadership and managerial development, and employer branding. I have designed and implemented global L&D strategies using the ADDIE model, led LMS deployments across multiple countries (including the US, UK, Canada, India, Philippines, and Germany), and facilitated behavioral trainings for over 10,000 employees.
