I am an HR professional focused on learning and development, skilled at designing and delivering engaging training programs across virtual and phygital formats. I currently work as a Global Learning Event Producer and serve as the Quality SPOC for my team.

I have identified training needs for large audiences (training needs for 2636 employees), developed standard training modules, monthly calendars, and managed high-complexity sessions and assessments. I provide pre- and post-session support, coach new joiners, and coordinate with external agencies for diverse training programs.

My work emphasizes quality control, competency matrices, and logistics—handling nominations, trainer coordination, and post-training evaluations. I have been recognized with multiple performance awards and consistently received high positive feedback from stakeholders.
