I seek a role combining customer success and technical problem-solving where I can drive adoption, improve processes, and grow into analytics or operations leadership.

I am a detail-oriented Chat Support Executive and Business Sales Advisor with hands-on experience in B2B customer engagement, consultative selling, and technical development. I combine customer-facing skills with a software engineering foundation, having built web applications and data science projects.

At Verizon Business (TTEC) I handle enterprise chat support, resolve complex queries, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while meeting sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Previously, I developed ASP.NET and Python web applications and completed a data science internship focused on time-series forecasting.
