I am a dedicated System Administrator with a strong background in optimizing operational efficiency within the IT sector. My experience at Unichemist Distribution has equipped me with the skills to analyze and enhance systems, ensuring seamless IT functions. I pride myself on my ability to combine technical expertise with effective communication and problem-solving skills, which has allowed me to support various IT operations successfully.

During my tenure, I managed wholesale stock by aligning computerized and physical inventory, significantly reducing shortages and excess through strategic system adjustments. My previous role as a System Operator further honed my abilities in stock management, where I reconciled inventories and implemented regular system reordering to maintain optimal stock levels. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Computing at Wrexham University, which complements my practical experience with advanced theoretical knowledge.
