I am an experienced IT Manager and System Administrator with a strong background in troubleshooting, network security, and web development. My career spans several years, during which I have honed my skills in managing IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless operations for various organizations. My tenure at Port Singapore Authority allowed me to develop my abilities in administering container handling software and conducting systems training for new staff, which significantly improved operational efficiency.

At UHE Export (Pvt) Ltd, I combined my technical expertise with sales acumen, successfully managing IT infrastructure while driving product sales. My role involved troubleshooting DELL servers and desktops, setting up POS systems, and upgrading company PCs to enhance performance. Currently, as a System Administrator at Nevza Express Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, I oversee the setup and configuration of CRMs, troubleshoot operator PCs, and ensure the smooth operation of network printers and routers.

In addition to my technical roles, I have a passion for web design and development, having worked part-time to create and manage client websites. My commitment to continuous learning is evident as I pursue a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Cyber Security, alongside my recent diploma in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking. I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to contribute to innovative IT solutions and drive organizational success.
