I’m a Business Development Manager with 9+ years of experience across PMC, infrastructure, architecture, valuation, and project engineering. I focus on turning technical opportunities into win-ready proposals through disciplined outreach and strong client relationships.

I lead government & private sector business outreach across industrial, commercial, infra, healthcare, and real estate—prospecting, meeting officials, gathering project details, and identifying opportunities. I’m also responsible for tendering, proposal submissions, documentation, and deal closures with long-term business engagement.

On the delivery side, I’ve supported project monitoring & reporting and site coordination, including ERP-based material requisition and coordination with agencies PAN India for RCC, waterproofing, coating, and structural works. I’ve served as a nodal consultant under TMC for MMRDA/MSRDC projects and assisted in DPR planning through agency-wise progress tracking.

I’ve also built credibility through valuation and technical analysis, leading Mumbai teams for property valuation assignments and completing market analysis and legal documentation while coordinating with government bodies, banks, and commercial clients. Alongside this, I run technical workshops & webinars—managing content, speakers, and promotions to drive knowledge dissemination.
