I’m a Technical Support Engineer with 1 year of experience providing client-facing technical support and troubleshooting telecom services while working with DXC Technology supporting AT&T. I focus on diagnosing technical issues, analyzing logs, and resolving incidents efficiently.

In my role, I investigated incidents by analyzing logs and system data to identify root causes. I managed and resolved customer support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution, and I helped customers diagnose service disruptions and resolve technical errors.

I’m comfortable using basic programming knowledge to understand system behavior and assist in debugging. I also document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to improve the internal knowledge base, and I collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

I enjoy clear communication during troubleshooting and I bring strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer-focused escalation handling. I’m especially interested in cloud communication platforms and messaging technologies used for building modern communication applications.
