What I'm looking for
I’m a CIPD-qualified HR professional with experience across HR administration, compliance, and systems support. I’m highly organised and detail-oriented, and I bring strong skills in employee relations, recruitment coordination, data management, and HR systems (CRM/HRIS).
In HR roles, I respond to and manage day-to-day HR queries, support line managers with HR policies and best practices, and help drive the employee lifecycle—from drafting job descriptions and screening candidates to preparing offer documentation. I also manage employee relations activity including grievances, disciplinary hearings, and redundancy consultations, with accurate minute-taking and record-keeping.
I take pride in data accuracy and compliance. I maintain and update employee records to ensure GDPR and confidentiality requirements are met, prepare HR documentation, support onboarding and induction, and contribute to HR reporting and analytics (turnover, absence, and recruitment metrics) while supporting HR projects such as employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
