I’m looking for a compliance and support role where I can combine customer care with fraud prevention, communicate in English/French/Hindi, and help teams deliver clear, responsive service in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a multifaceted professional with a solid background in customer service and compliance. I’ve supported customers through chat and emails, handled calls, and helped keep operational processes running smoothly.

In compliance-focused roles, I monitored transactions and user behavior for signs of fraud or suspicious activity. I also worked as a Chat Moderator, managing live chat sessions across chatrooms, forums, and messaging platforms to maintain a safe, responsive experience.

I bring strong customer communication and relationship-building skills in English, French, and Hindi.
