What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support, Field Service, Desktop Support, or IT Project Coordinator role where I can deploy and troubleshoot technology, support end users, coordinate projects, and deliver reliable customer-focused service.

I've delivered field and desktop support for Toshiba, Pinnacle, ExxonMobil, State Farm, and Netsync, resolving hardware, software, network, printer, and end-user issues across retail, enterprise, and school environments.

At Netsync, I advanced to Lead Technician and supervised a deployment team of four or more employees while imaging and deploying PCs and laptops across local networks. I also support Active Directory access, ticketing workflows, device drivers, peripherals, hardware repairs, and project coordination, with a focus on reliable customer service.
