I seek an IT support role focusing on help-desk and network support in a collaborative culture, with hands-on troubleshooting and opportunities for skill growth.

I am a confident computer technician and IT support specialist with experience in help desk environments, deployment support, and onsite field work. I have maintained office PCs, networks and mobile devices and supported users in both corporate and field settings.

I routinely create and manage help desk tickets, provide Tier 1 support, and use proactive troubleshooting techniques to resolve desktop, hardware and network issues. I have set up PCs, projectors and microphones for video conferencing and established, repaired and optimized networks by installing cabling and devices.
