What I'm looking for

I want to keep combining hands-on field technical work with leadership—troubleshooting network and equipment issues, coordinating installations, and training others so projects stay on track and customers are taken care of.

I’m a Dell Certified Technician with 20+ years of hands-on experience supporting restaurants, schools, libraries, hotels, bars, and retail locations. Since 2006, I’ve replaced and upgraded POS systems, computer/printer fleets, media servers, and installed projector and TV technologies to get environments running reliably for customers.

I also bring strong leadership and technical support capabilities, including Field Technician Supervisor work where I handled troubleshooting for network issues, coordinated with vendors, and performed PC board soldering. In my Principal Lead Tech role at CVS Health, I managed logistics for a CVS and Target Rx merger, supervised a team of 6 contractors, created field and call-center documentation, delivered tier two support, and trained technicians for first-level coverage.
