At Redwood Software, I develop enterprise infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, technical knowledge articles, and AI-assisted documentation workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot.

I've supported enterprise environments for organizations including Hyundai, Dell, Boeing, and the U.S. Geological Survey, where I documented the Southern California Earthquake Early Warning System. My work spans Windows Server, Linux, UNIX, Active Directory, VMware, AWS, networking, IAM, disaster recovery, and Tier 1–3 operations.

I work closely with engineers, architects, product managers, and technical SMEs to turn complex or undocumented processes into SOPs, runbooks, workflow designs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and self-service knowledge content.

I'm also a published McGraw-Hill and Syngress technical author, a ServiceNow Associate Business Process Analyst, and a former systems engineer with more than 20 years of enterprise IT experience.
