Project manager and main contributor for HashiCorp’s Well-Architected Framework, writing and managing 90+ practitioner-focused documents in collaboration with sales and technical engineers. Writes IBM Bob tutorials (including a Quickstart), leads a small team of part-time contributors, and improves SEO using PostHog, Google Search Console, and Fathom Analytics.

Core organizer and co-founder of DevOpsDays Kansas City, hosting an annual conference with local and international speakers and educational workshops focused on bridging development and operations. Active in the local developer community since 2014 and has spoken at DevOpsDays events.

Helped migrate Archer’s dotnet code and builds from GitHub/Jenkins/Artifactory to GitLab during a time-sensitive separation from Dell. Built a Windows AMI with Packer, used Terraform to provision and deploy infrastructure (including EKS/Kubernetes), and created GitLab pipelines to enable ephemeral environments for developers.

Helped migrate Do Not Pay from an on-prem data center to AWS by maintaining the GitLab server, creating CI pipelines, and building Terraform/Packer scripts for AWS infrastructure and EC2 instances. Trained the team to use Terraform and GitLab CI and mentored multiple junior developers to deliver project value.

Supported moving the Treasury Offset Program from San Francisco to Kansas City by building and maintaining an AWS GovCloud environment with supporting CI/build and provisioning tooling. Improved the build process by moving from dedicated EC2 agents to a Docker cluster, increasing available agents from 10 to 100 while maintaining cost.

Pursuing an MBA with a focus on International Business at UMKC (2020–present).
