Used Jira and full-stack design/testing tools, ensuring compliance at the state/federal level for US clients and EU/national compliance with global insured locations, brokers, and reinsurers. Pharma-compliant development, migration of legacy systems, and project management using robotic process automation OCR machine learning systems. Outreach/change management to system owners worldwide and follow-up training and accountability.

Worked with Windows 7 to 10 migration impact on SharePoint logins and Active Directory, while supporting/troubleshooting a phased rollout of 100 laptops a week across entire company.
