I am an organizational change and learning professional who blends strategic, conceptual thinking with hands-on delivery to translate business strategies into actionable change, communication and learning solutions. I specialize in digital transformations, agile cultures and capability building across global enterprises.
Over my career I have led change management, knowledge management and learning programs for major organisations, designing frameworks, toolkits, platforms and metrics that drive adoption and sustainment. I have delivered SAP, S/4HANA and Veeva implementations, developed global induction and coaching programs, and created digital learning platforms and communities.
