What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can lead teams, resolve complex customer issues, strengthen service standards, and apply my experience in account management, fraud prevention, communications, or event coordination.

I'm currently an Account Manager at Clarity Debt Resolution, where I consult with prospective clients, tailor debt-relief solutions, and enroll clients into settlement plans.

Previously, I led Binance's remote customer support team, managing crypto-related disputes, escalated fraud cases, VIP support, KPI tracking, agent coaching, and SOP compliance.
