What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer support or client operations role where I can manage high-volume relationships, improve support workflows, meet SLA and CSAT goals, and solve customer issues calmly across call, chat, and email.

I've supported B2B customers at Pivot X, retaining 90% of a U.S. client portfolio while bringing 95% of inquiries to same-day responses through JustCall ticketing and escalation workflows.

At iPARK Jordan, I supported onboarding and event delivery for 120+ attendees at 90%+ CSAT and built structured async updates for a 20+ startup cohort. At The Season Event Company and Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, I've handled live customer issues under pressure, including high-volume guest support across 25,000+ daily visitor interactions per season.
