What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global people operations and HR transformation work where I can build scalable systems, strengthen culture and employee experience, use people analytics for decisions, and partner with leadership in a high-growth organization.

At Athena Infonomics, I lead global HR operations across India, the US, UK, and Africa, managing employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, HR policies, performance cycles, and employee relations.

I established the HR framework for a newly set-up UK entity and implemented an integrated HRMS from scratch to centralize operations, reporting, and real-time workforce insights. I also create quarterly leadership dashboards covering attrition, hiring trends, and engagement.

Previously at Room to Read, I managed full-cycle recruitment and people operations in Workday for a 1,000+ employee organization, closing approximately 60–70 roles annually. I supported workforce analytics, succession planning, performance appraisals, campus hiring, and engagement programs.

Earlier, at Strategic Alliance Management Services, I led large-scale recruitment for Government and Development Sector projects, screened 10,000+ applications, managed recruitment teams, and built standardized hiring frameworks, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
