I'm looking for a ServiceNow-focused role where I can strengthen CMDB data integrity, automate ITSM workflows, solve integration challenges, and deliver customer-first outcomes within committed project timelines.

At TCS, I design and optimize enterprise ServiceNow CMDB architectures, including CI classes, relationship types, attribute mappings, and multi-source data integrations.
