I'm looking to lead regional sales, channel growth, customer relationships, and operational excellence in a healthcare-focused business, while building high-performing teams and expanding market networks.

I'm leading North Bengal business for Suraksha Diagnostics, managing six Field Sales Executives, four centres, direct clients, collection centres, doctor RTMs, and health camps. I focus on customer relationships with KOLs, service feedback, operational excellence, and business growth.

I've built over 20 years of sales, channel management, and business development experience across Novartis Healthcare, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals. At Novartis, I launched Vymada in North Bengal, earned national recognition, won the Vymada Premier League three times, and consistently delivered one of the highest PCPM headquarters.
