I’m an efficient, detail-oriented, and highly organized healthcare administrative professional with extensive experience in data entry, claims processing, prior authorization management, and provider enrollment. I’m known for maintaining data accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced remote and business environments.

As a Provider Services Specialist | Team Lead at OptumInsight (Remote, LA), I assist daily operations for healthcare administrative teams handling claims, authorizations, and provider enrollment activities. I lead training initiatives that improve data accuracy and reduce processing errors, monitor team productivity and quality metrics, and ensure compliance with standards. I also collaborate with providers, payers, and internal departments to resolve claim and authorization issues, facilitate workflow improvements that increase processing efficiency and turnaround times, and generate performance reports with operational documentation to support management.

I supported customers with Apple ID management, account recovery, subscription and billing inquiries, and digital content purchases, while documenting interactions and applying privacy and compliance requirements. Through family caregiving and professional development, I continued building my data management and remote collaboration skills, including completing online software development training.
