What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can own national key accounts and revenue optimization—driving forecasting, OTA/PSU/TMC growth, and stronger yield through close collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

I’m a sales and revenue management professional with 6+ years across national hotel brands including Royal Orchid, JW Marriott, Merlin, Oterra, and Holiday Inn. I build and execute national sales strategy while staying focused on measurable revenue outcomes.

In my most recent role as National Sales Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, I manage key national accounts across OTAs, PSUs, corporates, and TMCs, aligning execution with brand and financial targets. Previously, as a Revenue Consultant at Merlin Hotels, I developed sales and revenue optimization strategies to improve yield across properties, owning lead generation, proposals, and contract negotiation end-to-end.

I bring hands-on experience with Oracle OPERA PMS and Hotellogix for reservations, reporting, and revenue tracking, and I’m known for cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue. I enjoy turning pipeline and key-account strategy into forecasted performance.
