I’m a Performance and Growth Marketing leader with 5 years across leading global agencies—Dentsu Creative, Blink Digital, and Mirum (WPP)—and now leading performance strategy at Mediachondria.

Over my career, I’ve managed ₹50+ Cr in cumulative media investments with current monthly responsibility of ₹2–2.5 Cr and a team of 4–5 performance marketers. I work in a revenue-tied, founder-to-C-suite partnership model to align acquisition performance with business KPIs.

My specialty is fintech and app growth, where I rebuild acquisition systems end-to-end—audience architecture, creative testing systems, and conversion infrastructure. I’ve reduced CAC by 90% (₹3,000 → ₹300) at FatakPay and contributed toward ₹250+ Cr in cumulative fintech disbursals through acquisition rebuilds.
