I’m looking to lead IT infrastructure and cloud operations where reliability, service delivery, and cost-optimized modernization matter—supporting thousands of users, improving DR/BCP, and partnering with vendors to deliver measurable uptime and performance.

I’m an IT Infrastructure Lead focused on IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure reliability, and end-to-end asset lifecycle management. I’m recognized for driving efficiency, reducing downtime, enhancing user experience, and delivering cost-optimized infrastructure solutions.

In my current role as Senior Tech/Infra Lead at Ametek Instrument Pvt Ltd., I provide infrastructure and end-user support for 2,000+ users across Asia, India, and Middle East regions. I lead and mentor a cross-functional team of system administrators, network engineers, and support staff while applying AWS cloud best practices and delivering hands-on server, end-user, and infrastructure support.

I also manage IT operations for 2,000+ users, including O365 license administration and troubleshooting for smooth collaboration and productivity. I planned and executed infrastructure modernization projects such as data center-to-AWS migrations, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver solutions on schedule and within budget.

Previously, I built deep expertise through roles including Senior Support Engineer at Harman connected Pvt. Ltd. and System System Analyst (TL) at Atos Global IT Solution Pvt Ltd, where I supported Windows domain infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy), led patching/SCCM compliance, and handled P1/P2 incidents with RCA. Across my earlier IBM and Tulip Telecom experience, I also strengthened my foundation in VMware/ESXi operations, networking (CCNA), backup tooling (Veeam/Symantec), and enterprise service tooling such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and ITSM processes.
