What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve operations through CRM platforms, data workflows, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. I value opportunities to train users, solve platform issues, and enhance customer or student experiences.

At the American University of Sharjah, I administer and optimize enrollment tools including Recruit CRM, Banner, Zendesk, Twilio, Eventbrite, Sparkpost, ClickUp, Ziwo, Jotform, and YouCanBookMe. I manage CRM data flows, build communication plans and web forms, automate workflows, and deliver KPI reports and dashboards that support recruitment operations.

I lead cross-functional enrollment-system projects and partner with Marketing and IT teams on campaigns, events, and platform functionality. I also train stakeholders, create user guides and video tutorials, and use user feedback to improve platform usability and the student experience.

Previously, I led IT operations at Rasan Software House and delivered media analysis and business intelligence reporting at Meltwater. With a Computer Engineering degree, I also built an automated self-cleaning PV module that boosted PV efficiency to 89.9% and designed an IoT Pill Bottle that won the National Innovation Exhibition Hackathon.
