I'm looking to improve HR operations and employee experiences through HR systems, analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

At Rock Petroleum, I improved employee lifecycle operations for 70+ employees by implementing an AI-integrated HRM system that reduced manual HR administration by over 60%. I serve as a key HR contact, supporting onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, documentation, reporting, and employee queries.
