As a Partner Relations Coordinator at RushRush – Aggregator / Super App (Sep 2025 – Present), I manage partner operations end-to-end—handling onboarding, communication, and operational alignment. I coordinate cross-functional work between Sales, IT, Data Entry, Marketing, and Customer Service, while leading pipelines, follow-ups, and partner deal progress.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Relation Agent / Trainee and as a Guest Relations Specialist at Crowne Plaza Tuzla Viaport Marina Hotel (2023 – 2025), delivering personalized service in a 5-star environment using Opera PMS, resolving inquiries with empathy, and analyzing guest feedback to improve service and marketing efforts.
