What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support scalable, standards-compliant ServiceNow integrations while collaborating with stakeholders on development, testing, platform governance, and high-quality releases.

At Accenture, I build, develop, and support REST/SOAP integrations that connect ServiceNow with external systems.

I configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows across ITSM processes.

My QA background includes functional, regression, UAT, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. I translate requirements into test coverage, document defects clearly, and work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support high-quality delivery.

I contribute to code reviews, platform governance, release planning, deployment, and post-implementation validation. I'm ServiceNow certified in CSA, CAD, and CIS-DF for CMDB and CSDM.
