I've supported ServiceNow programs for McDonald's, Hughes Communications, and Edward Jones across ITSM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, and CMPro. I developed and maintained 20+ ATF scripts and have led complete testing lifecycles, from requirement analysis and test design through defect management, UAT, and release validation.
I'm a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist who works closely with developers, business analysts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality production releases.
