I’m looking for a role where I can use data-driven HR practices to improve talent outcomes, performance visibility, and workforce reporting—while strengthening employee engagement, training execution, and compliance through reliable HR systems and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a results-driven Human Resources Professional with 4+ years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce reporting, employee engagement, payroll administration, and training coordination within corporate environments. In my current role at iGovTT, I manage end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding, and administer annual and ad-hoc performance appraisals for 120+ employees—using analytics to surface performance improvement needs and communicate actionable findings to management.

I bring strong HR reporting and operational discipline, preparing monthly payroll and gratuity submissions while maintaining compliance with internal KPIs, and producing attendance and absenteeism reports for executive-level decision-making. I also oversee employee training and development initiatives, coordinate local and overseas trainee placements, and contribute to employee engagement through internal HR communications and HSE Committee initiatives.
