What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in HR operations as an HR Officer, owning recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration while improving compliance-driven processes (labour laws, ISO-aligned records) in fast-paced corporate teams.

I’m a results-oriented Human Resource professional with four years of progressive experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and training coordination across corporate environments. In my current HumanResourceOfficer contract, I manage the employee contract lifecycle, maintain accurate HR records in systems, and support grievances and disciplinary processes through investigations, minute-taking, and documentation.

I also strengthen operational compliance by revising HR forms and contributing to policy drafting (Recruitment & Selection, Health & Safety), while aligning documentation to ISO standards and managing records using Odoo. Previously, as a HumanResourceIntern, I supported end-to-end recruitment, coordinated annual training plans, administered employee surveys, and helped drive engagement initiatives—building tools like recruitment databases in Excel and developing HR communication materials using Canva.
