I collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing and support qualified candidate presentation, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Beyond recruitment and learning, I handle payroll and HR administrative compliance, including weekly payroll processing and NIS/BIR contribution payments in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos. I manage change through regional liaison support and ensure documentation is accurate for employee needs, investigations, and verification requirements.
