I am a dedicated and dynamic developing HR professional with a strong focus on strategic operations, risk management, data analytics, and talent management. My experience spans both local and international operations, allowing me to adopt a holistic approach to human resource management and culture transformation. At Phoenix Park Gas Processors Ltd, I have successfully developed and implemented key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that promote transparent reporting of departmental processes and strategic initiatives.

In my current role as a Culture Transformation Assistant, I lead various HR functions, including talent acquisition and risk management. I have coordinated the development of departmental work plans and managed the administration of the Leave System. My contributions to culture transformation include research and policy development, where I have authored numerous papers on topics such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion frameworks and talent management models. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to drive continuous improvement and transformation within organizations.
