I am a Program Manager with 10+ years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives at Netflix and Google, focused on localization, platform infrastructure, and operational excellence. NELed platform programs to establish quality measurement frameworks and monitoring across Netflix verticals, delivering real-time quality systems for Live (70M+ viewers, $5M+ budget) and building subtitle quality and games QA infrastructure.
GOManaged a 5-person localization team across EMEA/APAC/US, implemented Salesforce to improve client journey tracking, and developed technical localization strategies and client-facing programs.
